Twitter reactions on Lasith Malinga’s last ball no-ball: Twitter was exhilarated to watch the thriller of a match in IPL 2019.

During the seventh match of the ongoing 12th season of the Indian Premier League between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians at Bengaluru, Mumbai Indians defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 6 runs to register first win in IPL 2019.

Chasing a 188-run target, required run rate never really became an issue with Royal Challengers. However, them losing wickets at regular intervals kept the match in balance. de Villiers, who came in to bat at No. 4 in the seventh over, registered his 29th IPL half-century. Top-scoring for RCB, he scored 70 (41) with the help of four fours and six sixes.

With bowling figures of 4-0-20-3, Jasprit Bumrah put on record another exceptional performance to stand tall on expectations.

After Bangalore captain Virat Kohli won the toss and put Mumbai in to bat, the visitors ended up scoring 187-8 in their allotted quota of 20 overs. Captain Rohit Sharma was the pick of the batsmen for MI as he scored 48 (33) with the help of eight fours and a six.

Providing MI with the much-needed blitz in the last over was all-rounder Hardik Pandya who scored 32* (14) with the help of two fours and three sixes. With bowling figures of 4-0-38-4, RCB leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was the highest wicket-taker for his team.
