Tony Khan drops more hints regarding surprise AEW Revolution signing. Khan revealed that he was fired up for the signing set to take place this Sunday.
AEW’s Revolution pay per view is scheduled to take place this Sunday. The upcoming event, AEW’s first on a Sunday, will feature 9 matches on the card including Sting’s first professional wrestling match since retiring back in 2015 alongside the Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch for the AEW World Championship between Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley.

The hype for the event however , is not only restricted to the matches. Fans have been promised a new signing at the pay per view. The announcement was first made by Paul Wght (FKA Big Show) and President and CEO Tony Khan has given more hints regarding the surprise.

While speaking with Busted Open Radio, Khan revealed that the signing was one of his favorites. He also added that it was a ‘he’ and the wrestler was committed to the promotion.
“It’s one of my favorite all-time wrestlers. I’m very excited about it.” “Yes, I am fired up.” “I’ll say one thing, it’s one of my all-time favorite wrestlers. I tipped this on Unrestricted, it’s a male. He’s coming, he’s gonna do great things for us, He’s committed. He’s gonna sign a contract on Sunday on pay-per-view. We’re gonna have great matches. and we’ll have all kinds of news coming out of the show. It’s gonna be cool.”
It will be interesting to see who finally walks out on Sunday. Fans have already speculated several big names including the likes of Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, John Cena and Dave Batista. Realistically, it will not be among the mentoned names but we will have to wait and watch to see who he actually is.
