Atletico Madrid superstar last night announced his decision to part away with his club to seek other prospects. The French International created a storm online after releasing his clip declaring his decision.

Moreover, it gave more heat to the speculations of him joining Barcelona as the 28-year-old forward is reportedly near to pen down an agreement with the club.

Whereas, Barcelona are also expected to trigger his buyout clause of £104 million to hire the Frenchman’s services.

Although, a year ago Barcelona was about to land Griezmann to Barcelona but the world-cup winning player decided to remain in Atletico Madrid after releasing a documentary regarding his decision.

Surprisingly, a year later Barcelona are again the favourites in his pursuit, as Griezmann announced his departure from Madrid, after the end of the season.

On the other hand, Barcelona reportedly can face fierce competition from Liverpool for the French International as the Reds need to bolster their squad to challenge for the Premier league next season.

Griezmann’s ability to play at various positions at front makes him a lucrative option, thus Liverpool opines him as a viable addition with Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino.

Furthermore, Manchester United are also in the race to gather the services of the player as their underwhelming front-line, majorly need attacking reinforcements. Hence, the Red Devils might break their bank for the player.

Nevertheless, further details of Griezmann’s transfer are yet to be received by him.
