Arsenal vs Man Utd Twitter reactions: Twitter reacts as Manchester United beat Arsenal 3-1 in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Manchester United reached the fifth round of the FA Cup as they beat Arsenal 3-1 earlier tonight.
With this win, Solskjaer has now extended his winning run across all competitions to eight games. The Norwegian caretaker manager is yet to drop a game since his arrival at Old Trafford.
Alexis Sanchez, the former Arsenal star, opened the goalscoring for Manchester United after Romelu Lukaku found him with an excellent pass. Jesse Lingard soon doubled the lead, before Aubameyang pulled one back in the closing seconds of the first half.
Even when Arsenal were the better team in the second half, it were Manchester United who held their nerves and scored through a counter-attack as Anthony Martial beat Petr Cech to seal a spot in the fifth round.
Solskjaer was brilliant with his substitutions as he brought Martial on for Sanchez, and Rashford on for Lukaku in a bid to fasten the counter-attacks in the game.
Here are some of the best reactions from the game:
Solskjaer closing in on eight wins from 8. United haven’t even been behind during that run. Don’t know what that says, but it’s an incredible run for a team who were dismal under Mourinho

Ole getting the best out of all these @ManUtd players now. Something Jose failed to do.

Never forget that Arsenal are just renting the Emirates from Jesse Lingard. pic.twitter.com/Fqph8VwkXI

2 first choice CB’s getting injured in the same game while first choice RB got injured in the last game after another CB got injured a few weeks back. Arsenal Football Club.

No player on the pitch created more chances than Romelu Lukaku (2) whilst he was on the pitch vs. Arsenal.
Well-rewarded with 2 assists. 🅰️🅰️ pic.twitter.com/3vXYcNSTxn

Pogba display very similar to the 3-1 league win over Arsenal at Emirates last season. Very few midfielders as good as those long, driving runs on the counter as him. Got his faults clearly but he’s so vital to United in that way #mufc #afc

Blimey. 2 goals in 2 minutes for @ManUtd. This Solskjaer fella appears to know what he’s doing.

Solskjaer again gets his gameplan right – even if it wasn’t quite perfect tonight – with that all the more impressive because it’s so much more defined than a manager in the job longer, and even gets a substitution right.
The debates against him going with every match.

Solskjaer putting on Rashford and Martial when ahead. Not substitutions his predecessor would have made.
