Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona highlights: Ousmane Dembele scored the equalizer at the end of the game to secure a draw for Barcelona.
The substitute Ousmane Dembele came to resue for Barcelona at Wanda Metropolitano as Barcelona earned a point in their clash against Atletico Madrid. Dembele scored the goal in the 90th minute of the game to salvage the draw for the Catalan side.
Earlier, Diego Costa gave home side the lead with merely 13 minutes remaining. Dembele was brought on two minutes later in an attempt to find the equalizer, and the Frenchman didn’t disappoint.
Ousmane Dembele has been in controversies since the beginning of the season for his ill-discipline, with many current players speaking about his poor attitude publicly, which makes his goal all the more worthwhile.
With this draw, Barcelona remain at the top of the table but will lose their place if Sevilla registers a win over Real Valladolid on Sunday.
Here are some of the best tweets from the game:
If Dembélé told Valverde to bring him on earlier, Barça might have won the game.

“Dembélé was seen smiling with his friends from the national team after the final whistle despite having drawn the game. This is unacceptable and demonstrates his poor winning mentality.” – some Catalan SPORT journalist tonight

Dembele was too loud when he celebrated his goal and woke up Luis Suarez who was sleeping all game. Valverde will speak with the player about this (SPORT).

Winners against Sevilla, Valladolid and Real Sociedad, plus late levellers versus Rayo Vallecano and Atlético now. Seven goals in 16 appearances overall. Despite everything, Ousmane Dembélé is doing just fine at Barcelona…
