Brock Lesnar: Former Universal Champion makes first Raw Appearance post Wrestlemania

Brock Lesnar: Former Universal Champion makes first Raw Appearance post Wrestlemania. Sounds off a warning to both Seth and Kofi Kingston.

Brock Lesnar made his first Raw appearance since his title loss to Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania. The beast along with his manager, Paul Heyman, opened the show at the Times Union Center in Albany, New York.

A smiling Lesnar walked in carrying the briefcase he recently won at money in the bank. A video package with highlights from last night’s men’s MITB Ladder Match played on the screen.

Heyman, while speaking on Brock’s behalf, said that both Seth Rollins and Kofi Kingston would be paranoid men now as they were vulnerable to the greatest assassin in WWE history. An Irate Rollins then walked in. The Universal Champion said that he wanted to be an inspirational champion and challenged Lesnar to a match. He reminded everyone that he defeated the beast at Wrestlemania and couldn’t wait to do it again.

Heyman then asks the loud crowd to stop encouraging the architect. He also reminded the fans that Lesnar didn’t have to cash in at Rollins and he could just as easily target the current WWE Champion Kofi Kingston as well.

The first wildcard of the night…

The WWE Champion’s music hit and Kofi Kingston walked out. He spoke of his desire to go down as one of the best ever WWE Champion and how he would need to beat the best day in and day out for that to happen and taunts Brock to Cash in on him.

Heyman points out that the Money in the Bank wasn’t chasing the champions but the champions were auditioning for a main event match against the challenger instead. He tells the two champions that they were not done for the night and Lesnar would be lurking.

It is later revealed that Kofi and Seth will team up at the main event. The duo will take on Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin.

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
