DC vs RCB Head to Head Record in IPL History

Reeling at the bottom of Indian Premier League 2023 points table with only three wins in their first nine matches, the last thing which Delhi Capitals needed at this point in time was to face Royal Challengers Bangalore. Second match of the 13th double-header day of the season, it will be the fifth IPL 2023 match to be played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.

A primary reason behind the mention of the first line in this piece is the history behind DC vs RCB Head to Head Records over the years. Readers must note that DC have won only one-third of their 30 matches against this opposition thus far. The David Warner-led franchise also trails behind in other departments including record at their home ground.

Scheduled to host RCB after a four-year gap, the home team has won three but lost six matches against them in Delhi so far. Having won only one home match this season, Capitals should be motivated enough to increase the number considering how they have only two more matches to be played here after tomorrow’s clash.

Royal Challengers, meanwhile, have emerged as the victorious side in their last four matches (including one three weeks ago) against this opposition. As far as their away matches of the season are concerned, they have won twice in a row after losing the first match at the Eden Gardens.
