IPL Playoffs 2022 tickets: Ahmedabad and Kolkata will host the playoffs of Indian Premier League 2022 this season.

The Indian Premier League 2022 has crossed its halfway mark, and the race for the playoffs will be even more closer from now on. Record champions Mumbai Indians have lost all seven of their games in the tournament so far, and they are almost out of the playoffs race.

Gujarat Titans have won six of their seven games in the tournament so far, and they have almost sealed their place in the playoffs. The race for the top-2 will be quite interesting this season. With the way Rajasthan Royals, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore are playing, it will be a very close race.

The top-4 teams after the end of 70 league games will qualify for the playoffs of the tournament, where the top-2 teams will get an extra opportunity to qualify for the final.

IPL Playoffs 2022 tickets

The playoffs of Indian Premier League 2022 will be played in Ahmedabad and Kolkata this time around. IPL 2022 league games are being played around four stadiums in Pune and Mumbai, but new fresh pitches will be used for the playoffs.

Kolkata’s Eden Gardens will host the Qualifier-1 and Eliminator of the tournament, whereas Qualifier-2 and Final will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. BCCI have also announced that 100% capacity will be allowed in the stadiums. So if all goes accordingly, more than 1 lac people will attend the IPL final this season.
