Dean Ambrose requires major surgery on his arm
“The Lunatic Fringe” was one of the superstars who seldom got injured, but it seems like that streak is broken since Ambrose’s injury seems pretty serious.
Ambrose along with his partner Seth Rollins joined forces with Jason Jordan to face The Bar and Samoa Joe. During the match, Rollins attempted his signature suicide dive between the ropes which caught Ambrose.
Ambrose was immediately seen clutching his arm in pain; a backstage angle was filmed to cover Ambrose’s injury where Samoa Joe smashed the injured arm with rolling equipment.

Ambrose underwent surgery on Tuesday on which WWE resident Dr.Amann gave a statement regarding the degree of the injury. He mentioned to WWE.com:
“An MRI has shown suspicion for a high-grade triceps tendon injury, possibly a tear, so he is undergoing surgical exploration and most likely surgical repair of the torn triceps tendon.”
At present, Ambrose’s condition doesn’t look good and could be on the verge of missing the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania.
The Shield reunion seems to be cursed after the viral meningitis wave took over Roman Reigns and now the injury to Dean Ambrose.
It would be interesting to see what the WWE has in mind for Ambrose’s return and the present scenario for Rollins who will most likely be out of the tag-team title picture.
Let’s hope that the grand slam champion has a quick recovery.
