After 5 round of tough competition, the top 8 teams in the ESL One Germany 2020 Group stage will go the next stage. In the playoffs, the 8 teams are being put in a double-elimination format.

No surprises as Team Alliance & Secret make it though with straight wins. The playoff stage will begin from November 23d, and the Grand Finals is on November 1st.

In the playoffs, the teams will be facing double elimination. The winners will advance to the upper-bracket semi-final, while the losers will fall to the lower-bracket. All games in the playoff stages are Best-of-3, with the exception of the Grand Finals which will be a best-of-5 contest.

These are the first 4 match ups which will take part in the playoff as part of the upper-bracket semi-finals. A win here will ensure the the roster continues to compete in the upper bracket while the losers move to the Lower-bracket.
