Eden Hazard: The New Real Madrid Galactico names the toughest opponent he’s ever faced in his entire career during an interview.
Eden Hazard finally completed his dream move to Real Madrid this summer. The Los Blancos were looking to buy impact players following their disastrous campaign last season and they are convinced they have found one in the Belgian.

Hazard has easily been the best Chelsea player in the last few years and Madrid will hope that he will continue to do the same at the Santiago Bernabeu. The left winger is more than ready and has already impressed fans following footage from their training sessions.
Who does Hazard fear?
Hazard’s fearless brand of football has won him fans and supporters from all over the world. This same fearlessness was on view when he claimed that he feared no opponent during an interview with Youtuber Jay Shetty.
The Belgian did concede though that he had participated in a number of difficult battles with the terrorising defenders in the English Premier League. One that stood out though was Liverpool’s sensational centre-back Virgil Van Dijk.
The former Chelsea star then shared a memory of him taking on Van Dijk. While playing as a striker, Hazard had attempted to jump over the Dutchman only to fall down.
He told the interviewer that Van Dijk was on fire last season which was why he won the PFA player of the year award. He then added that the defender was really good and strong.

Now that Hazard has moved to Real Madrid, he need not worry about facing Van Dijk twice a season anymore. Unless both teams somehow face each other in the Champions league. Hopefully by then, Hazard will have learned how to deal with the centre-back. Or at least properly jump over him.
