However, Real Madrid are not the only club eyeing Militao’s signature.
English media outlet the Sun reports that Manchester United are also keeping tabs on the situation surrounding the Brazilian defender.
Manchester United have been facing defensive concerns for a few seasons now, and have conceded the joint-most goals with West Ham in the upper half of the Premier League table.
At the beginning of the season, Manchester United signed Diogo Dalot from Porto, who has been impressive in the limited appearances he made so far.
In December, Express reported that Liverpool had also expressed interest in the signing of the defender. Jurgen Klopp’s side is currently at the top of the Premier League table, and will play their FA Cup third round game against Wolverhampton Wanderers later tonight.
