F1 FP2 Results: Lewis Hamilton & Bottas Fastest Again, Romain Grosjean impressive yet again at F1 free practice 2 | Formula 1 2020 Spanish Grand Prix
F1 FP2 Results of the Spanish Grand Prix have gone in favor of the Mercedes yet again, with Lewis Hamilton the fastest, and his teammate Valtteri Bottas in P2.
The Formula One 2020 sixth race weekend is underway with the two Free Practice sessions at Barcelona for the Spanish Grand Prix. Mercedes have done a one-two yet again, with Valtteri Bottas lapping the fastest time.
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen had a solid session too, and finished third fastest yet again. Right behind was Renault’s Daniel Ricciardo, with teammate Esteban Ocon in P9. Haas’ Romain Grosjean has had a tremendous Friday, finishing P6 in P1 and P5 in this session.
Charles Leclerc looks solid in his Ferrari, lapping the sixth fastest time in P6. McLaren’s duo Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez did well too, finishing P7 and P8 respectively.

What to look forward to this weekend at the Spanish GP?
Mercedes and Red Bull look the strongest going into tomorrow, while Ferrari are hopeful of putting in a better all-round performance. Renault look solid heading into tomorrow’s qualifying session, while Haas’ Romain Grosjean could be the dark horse this weekend.
Further down, McLaren, Racing Point and Renault look set to battle it out for the Top 10 spots, yet again. It will be intriguing to see what minnows Haas and Alfa Romeo can pull off their hat this Sunday. The qualifying sessions take place tomorrow, with the Final Race on Sunday at the Spanish Grand Prix.
