Lewis Hamilton is one of F1’s most successful racers. This come with the perks of travelling all over the globe, and ‘flying’ in most circuits. But the lockdown break ensured the F1 drivers stayed away from the tarmac. That means a lot of time spend in their homes.
For Lewis, well, he had 4 houses to choose from. Not bad for a reigning world champion. Let us dive in and check out for ourselves his heavenly abode(s).
Lewis Hamilton had owned two properties in the Big Apple previously, before he splashed on another one. He spent £32m on a penthouse in a project part-owned by NFL great Tom Brady and his model wife Gisele Bundchen.
The 6,547 square-foot home includes a huge outdoor area and has views of the Hudson River, as well as a swimming pool, fitness centre, squash court, and a wine cellar.
For his London property, he spent a whopping 18 million pounds. It got him a six-bedroom villa in West London, built by the famous architect Samuel Johns in 1860.
The stunning property has a large entertainment space, and a 200ft garden with an impressive summer house. There are also four reception rooms, with two huge bathrooms.
Lewis owns an exotic three-bedroom apartment in Nyon, Geneva. F1 legends like Michael Schumacher, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa are said to be residents in the apartment building.
The apartment gives an incredible view of Lake Geneva, offering peace solitude.
Like most of his peers, he also has a home in the French principality. He once shared a snap of the view from the house. He captioned a snap on social media.
“A place I call home, Monte Carlo. I am so blessed to live in such an incredible place. God is really shining down on me today. Sending you light & love for your day. On my way to Spa, let’s do this!!!”
