Zelda games have always been known for adding new features to surprise their massive fans. The latest installment in the series, Tears of the Kingdom, is no exception since it introduced several new features. But it was the “Ultrahand” ability that everyone was most excited about.

This new ability has enabled fans to craft various in-game items, from powerful weapons to transportation. They can also create a gigantic humanoid mecha from the Metal Gear Solid series. This new Zelda fan creation has taken over the internet, especially when Konami has big plans for the MGS series.

Zelda community surprised by fan-made Metal Gear Solid mecha in Tears of the Kingdom

A new Zelda creation has vent viral where a Twitter user uran120 has recreated the iconic mecha Metal Gear REX from the 1998-released video game Metal Gear Solid. This gigantic mecha was made of multiple Zonai devices like fans, carts, and cannons that can be found across the Hyrule Kingdom. This mecha is not for just show, as a later video showed it in action.

Fans were in awe to see this iconic MGS mecha to be recreated in the Zelda universe. Some fans also came up with fun names like “Metal Gear Solid: Guns of Hyrule” or “Metal Tear Solid” for this unexpected collaboration. They also joked about how it surpasses the original Metal Gear Solid mecha.

It’s fascinating to see how players use their creativity in Tears of the Kingdom. It has only been a few weeks since this Nintendo Switch game came out, but there are already multiple incredible fan creations. There will be more such mind-blowing in-game masterpieces in the future.

The Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake is on the way

This Metal Gear REX recreation in the Zelda universe couldn’t have come at a better moment. In a recent PlayStation Showcase, Sony announced recreating the fan-favorite Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. But that was not the end, as they also revealed the plan to release a Metal Gear Solid collection, which is the compilation of the first three games.
