Happy Birthday Virender Sehwag: Sehwag trolls Michael Vaughan for his birthday wish

Virender Sehwag trolls Michael Vaughan: The two former cricketers were seen exchanging wishes on social media platform Twitter.

Former India opening batsman Virender Sehwag has turned 41 today. The swashbuckling batsman has been receiving wishes across social media platform since morning.

Considering his fan-following and achievements, wishes were expected to pour today. Even “#HappyBirthdayVirenderSehwag” had started to trend on social media platform Twitter in the morning itself.

Before retiring from international cricket in 2015, Sehwag had scored in excess of 17,000 runs including 38 centuries and 70 half-centuries across formats at the highest level. A handy option with the ball, Sehwag had also picked 136 wickets across formats with his bowling.

Originally a middle-order batsman, Sehwag was lauded after he successfully transformed into one of the most attacking opening batsmen ever. The right-hand batsman had become the first Indian batsman to score two triple centuries in Test cricket.

Former England captain Michael Vaughan was among the many former cricketers who had wished Sehwag on his birthday. While Sehwag replied to most of the former cricketers, he ended up giving a hilarious reply to Vaughan who wished Sehwag a happy 50th birthday.
