IPL 2018 Fantasy Guide: Fantasy Tips for SRH vs KKR

KKR are in a dicey situation here, as they can both qualify as the 2nd best team and also be knocked out of the tournament, depending on what they do in the field tonight.

A handsome win could them to 16 points and help them eclipse CSK on the table, if they manage to trounce their NRR.

CSK have a game left and can take their tally to 18 points but a tough loss could put their second spot in jeopardy.

SRH on the other hand have comfortably qualified for the playoff stages but have lost two games on the trot. They will be desperate to get momentum on their side before they step into the playoff stage.

They haven’t done much wrong though and have just come against more motivated sides.

Now, I already have Prasidh Krishna, Nitish Rana, Siddharth Kaul and Shikhar Dhawan in my side for this game.

Hyderabad has dished out some slow surfaces this season, one’s that have helped SRH win games on the back of their strong bowling unit.

Williamson, Sunil Narine and Rashid Khan are the three players in my consideration set for this game.

Considering the pitch and the conditions, Sunil Narine would be my first pick for the game. He has been brilliant with the bat for KKR and gets to bowl a couple of his overs at the death. Get him in!

That leaves us with one out of Rashid Khan and Kane Williamson. Considering the things that have panned out at the Rajiv Gandhi International stadium, I am a little tempted to bring in Rashid Khan.

Williamson has had a brilliant season up until now, but in Hyderabad, I feel that Rashid Khan would provide us with more fantasy points, as the spin friendly Hyderabad track could help him get at least 2 wickets.

For the uncapped player, I would get in Suryakumar Yadav from the next game into my side, as I already have Kaul, Rana and Prasidh Krishna in my side.

Now, I already have Shikhar Dhawan and Rashid Khan in my side for this game.

Sunil Narine would be the first player that I get into my side, for reasons already mentioned in the IPL Fantasy League section.

Kane Williamson would be the second player that I get into my side for this game. He has been in terrific form this season, scoring briskly and providing SRH with some much needed stability in the middle.

Andre Russell could prove to be a differentiating factor in this game as his bowling has considerably improved in the last few games.
