John Cena is the odds-on favourite to win the Royal Rumble
John Cena is favoured to win the Royal Rumble as per betting odds.
The time is approaching where betting agencies draw their highest activity in the WWE division. The “Road To WrestleMania” will officially begin at the 30th annual Royal Rumble.
As previously reported, a SmackDown wrestler is expected to be the last man standing at the 30 man battle royal, but the betting odds state otherwise.

Several betting odds have favoured the odds for “free agent” John Cena to win the Royal Rumble for the 3rd time, tying Stone Cold Steve Austin for the most number of Rumble wins in the process.
John Cena has +260 odds to win the match whereas “The King Of Strong Style” Shinsuke Nakamura and “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns find themselves tied in the second place having +275 odds to win the match.
Apart from that, the current WWE Champion AJ Styles has a +575 odds to win and “The Architect” Seth Rollins is placed at +875 odds.
John Cena has won the Royal Rumble in 2008 and 2013.
Cena defeated AJ Styles in a classic at last year’s Royal Rumble to win the WWE Championship, tying “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair’s record of 16 championships.
It would be interesting to see the route WWE takes if they handpick Cena as the person to walk out of Philadelphia as the winner.
He could go on to face Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship as it has been highly speculated.
In the process he can overtake Ric Flair’s record which will be a historic moment in WWE history.
