As Virat Kohli hit a six over long on off Moeen Ali, India reached a 8 wicket victory with 10 balls remaining. However, it were the efforts of KL Rahul and Kuldeep Yadav which took India to win the 1st England T20I.

Before the match started there was a lot of hype around the match and rightly so. The most important factor that was being stressed upon by the commentators and the cricket experts was that how England play the Indian spinners.
While Kuldeep picked up a sublime fifer, Rahul raced to a classic 101 to pummel India to a win. Twitter could not handle the great win and went berserk. Tendulkar, Sehwag, Manjerakar and several others cricketers made their amazement known.
Amazing spell by @imkuldeep18 England failing to read Kuldeep’s wrist position. #ENGvIND

That Butler has thanked the #VivoIPL for the change in his approach and mindset is a no brainer.. England might’ve taken time to jump on to the bandwagon, but they’re making up for lost time.. Treat to watch.. #ENGvIND

Another one for the Dhoni canon of cool stumpings. Fumbled it, then pulled it off like a boss. #EngvInd

33rd stumping for MS Dhoni in T20I cricket; the most by any keeper. He went past Kamran Akmal’s tally of 32 stumpings in T20Is. #ENGvIND

What a phenomenal talent KL Rahul is. So pleasing to the eyes. High time he is an automatic pick across formats. All class #ENGvIND

5-fer for Kuldeep Yadav. As I have said earlier, genuinely feel England will really struggle to pick him.
After this performance, he will have a huge psychological impact and England will struggle even more against him. India have done brilliantly to restrict Eng to 159. #ENGvIND— Mohammad Kaif (@MohammadKaif) July 3, 2018
These Englishmen just can’t find a silk route to get past this Chinaman .. 😉 What an over that .. #EngvInd

I guess this is because a bowling machine can’t quite simulate Kuldeep Yadav’s deliveries. #EngvInd
