The club’s home kit makes for piquant viewing
After Chelsea and Manchester United, Liverpool have now fallen prey to their kit being leaked. The Premier League side became the latest victim of online leaks with the reliable Footy Headlines dropping the club’s colors for the forthcoming season.
Liverpool’s New Kit Emerges Online
However, unlike their competitors, Liverpool see all their three kits be revealed online. The side’s home, away and third kits have been doing the rounds with the club’s home colors featuring the traditional bold and start hue of red.
The front of the kit also sees diagonal stripes of red embedded on it along with a slightly less brighter shade of red being stitched on the sleeves as well. On first look, the home shirt looks a maverick piece of stitching with Nike delivering a design set to be coveted by the club’s avid supporters.

Liverpool are currently out of action for the next couple of weeks with the much needed break in play being enforced due to the international break. The hiatus is a much welcomed one for the club with the side currently fraught with injuries.
While Klopp had previously threatened to ban his players from partaking in the international encounters, the Liverpool supremo had a change of heart after COVID norms were readjusted for players. All returnees to the UK are stipulated to undergo a 10 day quarantine period, one which was done away with for players linking up with their countries.
“I think everyone agrees we cannot let the players go and play for their country and come back and quarantine for 10 days in a hotel, that is not how we can do it,” Klopp had said earlier in March.
“FIFA was kind of clear that we don’t have to let the players go this time, and I think all the clubs agree that with the same problems we cannot just let the boys go,” he said.
“We can’t just wait to sort the situation when they come back by placing our players in a 10-day quarantine in a hotel, it is just not possible.”
