The Manchester United squad is currently in Dubai where they are taking part in warm weather training sessions.

The team also cruised into the fourth round of the FA Cup with a 2-0 win over Reading at Old Trafford last weekend. The players flied to Dubai the following day, as they prepare for the game against Tottenham.

Meanwhile, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has provided an early team news on the players available for the clash against Tottenham.

Man Utd team news vs Tottenham:

Manchester United will be taking on the North London side on January 13 at Wembley Stadium.

In the previous game between both the sides in this league season, Tottenham ran riot at Old Trafford as they beat United 3-0, who were then managed by Jose Mourinho.

Solskjaer talked to MUTV earlier today where he provided an update on the players who could be available for the match at Wembley Stadium.

He stated that while Marcos Rojo has flied back to Manchester as he continues his recovery, Paul Pogba is expected to be available.

“Marcos [Rojo] has gone back home because his injury is taking a bit longer than we thought,” said Solskjaer.

“Fred[‘s partner] is expecting a baby and Paul [Pogba] has had his knock and has had a few days of treatment back home. Hopefully, we can get Paul on his feet during this week.”

Marcos Rojo has made only three appearances in this season, while Fred started in the third-round tie in the FA Cup.

Solskjaer also reacted to the fourth-round draw of the FA Cup, where Manchester United will be visiting the Emirates Stadium to take on Arsenal.

“Fantastic. We need these games. These players need the big games to be challenged,” said the interim manager.

“Of course, everyone says we’ve won the last five games but [they have] not been [against] big opposition. But you can only beat the teams you play and, for us to get tested and go to the next level, you need those games. And if you want to win the FA Cup, you have to beat everybody.”
