Maurizio Sarri: Chelsea want Sarri to remain at Chelsea ahead of next season

Maurizio Sarri: Chelsea want Maurizio Sarri to continue the managerial duty with the Blues amid links of joining Juventus this summer.

Maurizio Sarri is under a doubt, whether he will stay at Chelsea or not, even though he managed to get a 3rd spot finish and a Europa league final in his debut season with the Blues.

It was earlier reported that Chelsea are planning to sack the Italian manager and would replace him with Frank Lampard, who has gained popularity as a manager after a dynamic season with Derby.

On the other hand, various reports also suggested that Sarri will move back to Serie A while strongly being linked to Juventus, especially after the departure of Massimiliano Allegri from the Old lady club.

However, in further advancements, SkySports has suggested that Chelsea want to stick with Sarri for the following season, while shattering all the speculations.

It is further said that Chelsea expect their head coach to report back for pre-season training at the end of their summer break.

It seems, the club administration considered all the aspects of the situation and preferred to keep their manager, since the Italian manager has given significantly better achievements to the club in his first season, while comparing recent record of the Blues.

Sarri has two years left in his contract with Chelsea and it would be hard for any other club to hire his services as the Blues are allegedly adamant to stay with Italian at the dugout.

Therefore, this news certainly limits the options for Juventus, who are seeking for a suitable replacements after sacking Allegri last week.
