Chelsea are reportedly ready to let their manager Maurizio Sarri join Juventus.
Chelsea officially confirmed the departure of Eden Hazard to Real Madrid last night. And, they could potentially lose their manager Maurizio Sarri in the upcoming days.
The Italian International has asked the club to sanction the move to Juventus, thereby terminating his contract with Chelsea. The 60-year-old has another two years left in his contract, but a transfer to Turin looks likely following transfer ban and Eden Hazard’s sale.
The club is losing the main contributor in the front line and they might suffer without his presence in the upcoming season. Goals might be tough to come during his absence and team would be dire without a proper replacement for a world class player like the 28-year-old.
This has forced Sarri to think about his position for the next season and he has requested to leave the club. According to Sky Italia, Chelsea are ready to permit him to join Juventus in the upcoming days. The 60-year-old has already negotiated with the Italian side through his agent Fali Ramadani post Europa League victory in Baku. He is expected to sign a three-year deal with Juventus next week.
Due to the distant relationship with the decision-makers in Chelsea, he has desired to leave the club soon. The Blues do not have plans to sack Sarri, but they do not want to keep someone against their wishes either.
Answering his critics, the Blues managed to finish third in the Premier League table and reach the finals of the Europa League. Later, he led Chelsea to a 4-1 win over Arsenal in the Europa League final to clinch the first trophy of his managerial career and said afterwards that he “deserved” to stay at the club.
Frank Lampard is one of the many possible candidates for the newly emerging job at Stamford Bridge, although no decision has been taken on the incoming manager.

What’s next?
It will be interesting days at Chelsea as they lose their best player and their manager quite possible in the upcoming days. The Blues will hope for a change of decision from Maurizio Sarri, despite not having any budget to build for the next season.
