Michael Jordan has to be the most celebrated Basketball player of all time, having mesmerised an entire generation with his skill on the court.

Jordan’s influence on the sport was massive, as he became the first global superstar, one that put NBA on the world map.

Jordan is regarded as the greatest of all time by players from different generations, as not only his statistics are superior to his peers, but also his game play oozes class.

Thus, no wonder, ESPN are coming up with a 10 part documentary on the GOAT, one that will be released in 2020, later than its expected date of 2019.

The 10 part documentary is titled, ‘Last dance’ and will feature Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls from the 90’s.

The documentary is certain to have snippets from close to 500 hours of never seen footage of the Bulls’ 1997-98 season.

While ESPN pushed back the release date, they were kind enough to release a new 60 second trailer to appease the fans.

“‘The Last Dance,’ a 10-part documentary series will chronicle Michael Jordan and the 1990s Chicago Bulls, one of the greatest icons and most successful dynasties in sports history, will debut on ESPN in 2020” ESPN tweeted.

The series will premiere on Netflix with a released date yet to be finalised. The series will also have multiple interviews from Jordan’s teammates at Chicago Bulls, and of course from Michael Jordan himself too.

“We were the greatest team ever,” Pippen said in the trailer.

The documentary is directed by Jason Hehir and produced by Mile Tollin.

Michael Jordan’s legacy with the Bulls, especially the 6-0 finals record is worth being documented. And it is brilliant to see that this new documentary will help fans get access to all the behind the scenes to footage of that famous, famous Bulls team.

Michael Jordan’s impact on the game is second to none and with fans from different generations saluting him as the greatest of all time, it is only certain that this documentary will absolutely send the NBA fraternity in a frenzy.
