MS Dhoni breaks a new record in cricket

MS Dhoni is ‘lightning fast’ between the wickets as much as manifesting sheer street-smartness behind the stumps as a wicket-keeper.

Quite precisely, we can say MS Dhoni is the Usain Bolt of cricket. He recently set a world record in being as swift as flash in running.

During the second T20I fixture between India and Australia in Guwahati, MS Dhoni’s meticulous pace recorded maximum speed of 31 kmph.

It is learnt that MS Dhoni is the fastest batsman in the history of cricket to have touched that speed in what is quite a phenomenal record.

Known for the ability to rotate strike in crunch situations and to take single to double, Dhoni has always able to take the pressure off himself.
