Who is Louis Farrakhan?

Louis Farrakhan is the leader of the Nation of Islam, an organization that has been described as a “hate group” by the Sothern Poverty Law Centre (SPLC).

According to Farrakhan’s ideology, the black community is superior to whites. In 2011 he also called out former US president Barak Obama “first Jewish President” and praised the current president Donald Trump over his antisemitic comments.

This clearly shows the disrespect and hate Farrakhan has for whites and the Jewish community. Farrakhan is also considered by some as the “Black Hitler”.

Thus, Allen Iverson posting a picture with him is seen as controversial, as it massively hurts the sentiments of Jewish people all around the globe.

The post from Allen Iverson shows the bend of ideology that he has towards society. As a famous NBA player, who has fans around the globe, Iverson should be careful about what he posts on his social media.

But even if he does that in the future, fans now know that he too has been in touch with and supports an anti-semitic figure.
