“The United States is rooting for Chris Paul to win the championship”: Twitter data reveals that Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns have the most fans, ahead of the Nets and the Clippers

Incredible stat shows Chris Paul led Suns’ dominance since going down 2-1 in their first round series against the Lakers.

Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns were quite the revelation during the regular season. And now, in the playoffs, the team hasn’t skipped a beat.

Many saw it as a stroke of misfortune when the franchise was slated to play the Lakers in the first round. However, their performance in game-1 showed that they were more than capable of competing with the reigning champions at a 100%. Still, it is undeniable that when they were down 2-1 in that series, they had their backs against the wall.

Since then, the franchise has been on a bit of a mission it seems. Not only have they won each and every game they played, but they did while adding a little something in the process.

Chris Paul’s leadership has helped the Phoenix Suns humiliate teams during their win-streak in the playoffs

Since going down 2-1 in their series against the Lakers, the Suns have win each of their last six games. While this alone is an incredible feat, it was recently revealed that the franchise holds an average lead of 18 points per game, at the final buzzer.

This little stat line reveals a lot about the franchise. It shows the world just how far the team has come since last season when they just missed the playoffs.

It shows us the impact of Chris Paul on this team, and just how great the Point-God really is, even at the age of 36. But most of all, it shows us as NBA fans, that this team can in fact compete with anyone for the 2021 NBA championship.

And if this team can win the West and indeed make it to the Finals, calling them the underdogs could end up being a dangerous game.
