‘Get Kawhi Leonard to Warriors’: Draymond Green responds to fan’s request for teaming ‘The Claw’ with Steph Curry
Warriors’ star Draymond Green asked by fans to recruit Kawhi Leonard, Green gives them a nonchalant reply regarding the same
The Golden State Warriors may be out of contention this season, but that does not mean they’re resting. The Warriors’ think tank is always thinking of ways to improve the team. With the potential Stephen Curry has shown this season, the team has added motivation to find players who can help the Chef guide the team to the highest stages once again. Klay Thompson is also supposed to make his return in the upcoming season, so that should be an additional boost as well.

Since the Warriors are out for the season, all they can do right now is watch the others play. Draymond Green has been very active during this time. He’s been watching games and has been tweeting about them at the same time. Green shared his reaction to a flagrant foul tonight and sent out this tweet.
Flagrant 😱😱😱🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 my goodness!

Fans urge Draymond Green to recruit Kawhi Leonard
Under the abovementioned tweet, the one thing the fans want most is for Green to get his GM hat on. The time Kevin Durant came to the Bay, it was rumored Green made a call to KD which set things in motion. This time as well, the fans want Draymond to start recruiting Kawhi Leonard.
I HOPE YOU’RE IN THE PARKING LOT MAN. GET KAWHI

Kawhi Leonard and his Clippers were down 2-0 to the Mavs, till they won an assertive Game 3 in Dallas. It is assumed that if the Clippers get knocked off in the first round, Kawhi would use his player option and opt-out of his final contract year with the Clippers. In case that happens, the Dubnation wants the Warriors to make a whole-hearted try at securing the Klaw and teaming him up with Stephen Curry and co.
Replying to the fan above, Draymond Green did not say anything, but just mentioned he’s chilling on the beach.

With Draymond neither denying, not saying yes, the fans are more split than ever. The narratives of the Warriors chasing Kawhi are growing louder, and they would keep doing so, till at least Kawhi decides on his contract.
