Donovan Mitchell has been a massive figure for the Cavaliers this season, even without the presence of Darius Garland. It’s almost like he has finally started to hit his prime at 26 years of age, and is ready to take the NBA by the scruff of the neck.

However, during the franchise’s last game, the man was forced to sit out. And while it was only for rest, the fact that the Cavaliers rested the 26-year-old star during a big game against the Nuggets is a bit worrying.

So, is he okay now? Or were things a lot more serious than the Cavaliers initially let on?

Simply put, will Donovan Mitchell be healthy enough to play tonight?

The Cavaliers missed Donovan Mitchell’s presence against the Nuggets, as they fell 108-121, showing just how much the man means to this franchise right now. And fortunately for everyone involved, the team won’t have to be without the 26-year-old any longer.

As per ESPN, the Cavaliers’ latest injury/absences list has no mention of Mitchell on it. In other words, the man will indeed feature against Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns.

Donovan Mitchell is currently averaging 29 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He is also shooting 48.7% from the field, 40% from beyond the arc, and 87.1% from the charity stripe.

But will he be able to do what he wants against the Phoenix Suns?
