Is Jimmy Butler Playing vs Knicks? Heat Issue Injury Report for Game 3 at Miami

It’s a busy, busy time for the 305 right now. The Miami Heat are bringing the Playoffs back home, taking on the New York Knicks in Round 2. After winning Game 1, the Heat lost Game 2 in New York without Jimmy Butler. The series is now headed to Miami for the next two games. At the same time, the city is also playing host to the first of the three Grand Prix in the US on this year’s F1 calendar.

Jimmy suffered an ankle injury in Game 1. Even though Butler did not exit Game 1 with the injury, he did not look a 100%.

The Heat played excellent basketball in Game 2, even with Jimmy on the bench. However, Jalen Brunson took over and made sure the Knicks leave home with the series tied. Heading to Game 3, fans want to know what Butler’s status is.

Jimmy Butler is listed as QUESTIONABLE for Game 3

Even though Butler was out for Game 2, we could see that he wanted to jump in the game and play. When the Knicks won the game, he had a little fun with the fans.

Heading into Game 3, we heard Eric Spoelstra talk about how Butler wants to play in the game.

This message was shared over and over on the ESPN broadcast of the double headers between the Celtics-Sixers and the Nuggets-Suns last night. The latest injury report had Jimmy Butler listed as Questionable for Game 3.

However, seeing the environment around the team, unless something goes wrong, Jimmy will suit up against the Knicks today.
