Is Kevin Durant Playing Tonight vs Clippers? Suns Release 13x All-Star’s Injury Update Ahead of Game 2 Against Kawhi Leonard & Co
The Los Angeles Clippers probably made the biggest upset of the first round of the 2023 Playoffs when they beat the Kevin Durant-led Suns at home. And his former teammate Russell Westbrook was a big reason, the Clips beat them.
The Warriors losing their 1st game of the first round in Sacramento shouldn’t have been as surprising, given their record on the road this season. The Suns had not lost a game before this with KD in the squad.
But credit to Brodie, he is now 8-1 with the Suns and one game down in what is looking to be the long series for the Phoenix team. However, will Durant be available for Game 2 at Phoenix to get even?
Is Kevin Durant playing tonight against the LA Clippers?
With an added pressure to give his best, Kevin Durant will play Game 2 against Kawhi Leonard and Co. Apart from Cam Payne, the Suns do not have anyone else according to their latest injury update.

Without Paul George, the Clippers are going to struggle to keep up both on offense and defense throughout the series. Which is why the Suns should not be complacent about it and kill the series off as soon as they can.
Can the Clippers go through the Suns without PG?
In Game 1, the Clips showed they certainly can. They were pretty clear on their intentions to match up with the Suns in the Playoffs when they won the last two games of their regular season. They could have sat out their stars and let the Warriors or Lakers face the Suns.
There can be two things that Ty Lue thought before going for it. The 2016 NBA champion coach must think he has the Suns’ number, or it might be because a series loss against the Suns without PG in the team would not get as much criticism as he would against any other team.
