Is Zion Williamson Playing Tonight vs Pacers? Pelicans Release Injury Update for 6ft 6’ All-Star Forward
After going on a 7-game win streak to start the month of December, the New Orleans Pelicans fell down in the standings as they lost 4 straight clashes. Things went from bad to worse when the Pels, who are already missing out on Brandon Ingram’s services, found out that they would have to play without Zion Williamson.
With the former Duke Blue Devil placed in the league’s health and safety protocol, the likes of Jonas Valanciunas, CJ McCollum, and Trey Murphy III did a phenomenal job in helping NOLA go 2-0.

Willie Green’s boys are currently tied with the Grizzlies at the #2 spot in the West. A win against the Pacers will make them go 1 game ahead of Ja Morant and co. However, facing an in-form Tyrese Haliburton, Zion’s availability is of the utmost importance for the Louisiana-based franchise.
Zion Williamson out of the Pelicans’ Injury Report; likely to suit up vs Pacers
The New Orleans Pelicans recently released their injury report ahead of the clash against the Pacers. While the likes of Brandon Ingram and Larry Nance Jr. are out for the contest, there is some good news for NOLA fans.
Their 6-foot-6 All-Star forward has not been placed in the team’s injury report.
What does this mean for Zanos’ availability? The 22-year-old is out of the league’s health and safety protocols and is cleared to suit up on Monday night.
Zion Williamson is no longer listed on the Pelicans’ injury report. He missed two games while being in health and safety protocols.
He’s on track to play tomorrow against the Pacers.
Larry Nance (right Achilles soreness) is questionable. Brandon Ingram is out.

Averaging 25.2 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists, Williamson is having a terrific year, to say the least. Certainly, a productive night from Zion is going to be extremely impactful for NOLA.
