Shannon has never had any qualms about admitting his fandom for LeBron James. The 3x Super Bowl champion had been an advocate of the King from the very beginning of his analytical career.
The 53-year old is often seen pitted against Skip Bayless, who is known to be a LeBron hater on their debate show Undisputed.
Recently, Shannon was seen engaging with some Twitter users. The topic of discussion was the Cleveland Cavaliers and Kevin Love.
When asked if Love was the best power forward when he arrived in Cleveland, Shannon couldn’t help but take a jibe at the 5x All-Star.
If facts are to go by, the 8x Pro Bowl is right. In his 13 seasons so far, Kevin Love has had only 4 playoff appearances, and in all of those stints, he has had LeBron by his side.

According to Shannon, the Cavaliers team was garbage without LeBron James. Though the team has a former champion and 5x All-Star in Love, Shannon feels the power forward is no good without King James.
During his last season with the Timberwolves, Love averaged 26.1 PPG, 12.5 RPG, and 4.4 APG on a 45.7% shooting from the field and 37.6% from the 3-point line.
The discussion turned into a statistical debate with users and Shannon pulling out stats. The undisputed analyst was quick to bring out Love’s poor numbers in the 2016 Finals.
There is no denying that LeBron James was the spine behind the Cavs 2016 championship. However, it would be wrong to say that Love had no contribution to the Cavs’ quest for a title.
