Larsa Pippen Bluntly Discards 'Weirdness' Between Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen Owing to Her 'Controversial' Relationship with Marcus

Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen have been dating for quite a while now. And, despite all the controversy surrounding their relationship, their bond remains strong. In fact, the two have their own podcast together,  titled Separation Anxiety. On the most recent episode, the two discussed Marcus’ legendary father Michael Jordan, and Larsa’s ex-husband, Scottie Pippen. In particular, the former’s viral video “disapproving” their relationship, the impact it has had on the two of them, and, how despite the awkwardness it has created, she continues to date Marcus.

Their podcast has been on for some time right now, but this is the first time both Marcus and Larsa have discussed the latter’s ex, Scottie. The two have hinted about it before, but have never gone into such detail. But, with how the topic blew up over the week, they had no choice but to finally address it.

Larsa Pippen continues to date Marcus Jordan despite the awkwardness it has created for Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen

Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen have not been able to see eye-to-eye for quite some time now. Their friendship deteriorated ever since the release of The Last Dance documentary, resulting in “bad blood” between the two. And, things went from bad to worse, Scottie’s ex-wife, Larsa Pippen began dating MJ’s son, Marcus Jordan.

It presented an awkward situation for the two. One that just worsened their already weird dynamic. However, despite this, Larsa Pippen remains unfazed and continues to date Marcus.

As she explained on the most recent episode of her podcast with Marcus, she has found a way to get passed the awkwardness. While discussing how she felt embarrassed following His Airness’ viral clip disapproving of their relationship, Larsa spoke about the journey of introspection it sent her on. One where she got past the awkwardness, and realized it had nothing to do with her and Marcus.

“I do understand that it’s not awkward for us to be together because it’s us. But, it’s probably awkward for my ex and your dad. Because they have their own relationship or whatever it was. I wasn’t part of that and you weren’t a part of that. So I feel like for them it is weird and it probably is weird for your dad. And, I can’t be mad… like I understand.”

Larsa makes a fair point. Her love for Marcus should not share in the awkwardness that now surrounds MJ and Pippen. After all, they are both incredibly happy together and are taking big steps in their relationship.

Larsa and Marcus are moving forward in their relationship

Despite how things are with Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, things are going smoothly with Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan. The two seem unbothered by the effect their relationship has had on them and continue to express their love for each other. In fact, some may say they are even moving forward.

While the two do have a podcast together, they recently revealed that they are also now in a live-in relationship. And, the two currently spend most of their time in Miami.

This coupled with the fact that they are open to the idea of marriage and possibly having kids together shows just how strong their bond is. Even in the face of backlash and criticism from the media.
