Now that the Lakers have been eliminated in the very first round of the playoffs, it is no surprise that LeBron James has been subjected to a lot of criticism and trolling over the last few days.
In a season marred with injury and setbacks, the Lakers had finally started to look great at the beginning of the series against the Phoenix Suns. However, it seems like the Anthony Davis groin injury in game 4 cost them everything.
Much has been said and discussed when it came to Lebron’s performance in the last two games. LeBron seemed agitated, gassed and in disbelief during both game 6 and 7. He never seemed to be able to motivate himself or his teammates.
Many believe that these kind of performances, which aren’t rare coming from LeBron, are what hurt his argument for being the Greatest of all time (G.O.A.T). A popular topic of discussion for Basketball fans all over the world.
LeBron seems to have accepted the situation and is looking forward to a better healthier season for himself and especially his younger counterpart Anthony Davis. The 36-year-old is far from letting this setback affect his aspirations to make another run at the Championship next year.
Bonafide LeBron James hater, Skip Bayless rips James for his recent IG post
Unfortunately for LeBron, his team’s recent elimination in the first round of the playoffs has given his detractors even more ammunition in the case against him being the G.O.A.T.
Former ESPN Analyst and sports columnist, Skip Bayless seems to be at LeBron’s throat at the drop off of a hat and just put up a tweet mocking one LeBron’s recent Instagram posts.

The post seems to be a warning for all those doubting him and counting him out but Skip isn’t having any of it, calling LeBron “Deposed King’ and “Phony Goat” and even referring to Los Angeles as Kawahi town.
LeBron’s latest “Gladiator” IG post is straight comedy. #DeposedKing #KawhiTown #PhonyGOAT

Skip has been especially critical of LeBron’s performance in game 7 and had the following to say on The Undisputed
“So here’s what got me about LeBron, not until the 3rd quarter last night did I see him in all-out attack mode. He was back into ‘sit back’ mode at tipoff and I don’t understand it. I couldn’t see LeBron James with the three exclamation marks, I couldn’t see the King.”
He went on to talk about how LeBron looked worn out, exhausted and certainly believes that LeBron’ time as King James is over. Whether or not LeBron can prove another one of his many doubters wrong next season will have a lot to do with A.D’s health and the supporting cast on the Lakers. (8:30 -10:00)
