Dwyane Wade has recently been rumored to have split up with long-term wife and entrepreneur Gabrielle Union. The two married back in 2014 and were one of the chief topics of discussion during a recent episode of the Deuxmoi celebrity gossip podcast. Hosts Meggie Kempner and Melissa Lovallo initially talked about an inside source that apparently came across Wade having an intimate conversation with a woman at a restaurant who was not Gabrielle Union. TV personality Hannah Berner joined the conversation.

The source of the rumors has previously been seen to be reliable when it came to celebrity gossip and based the findings on a range of cryptic social media hints. This included a lack of family-related Instagram activity from Gabrielle Union, along with recent photos of the couple posing without their wedding pictures, according to Media Take Out.
The Deuxmoi hosts read a commentator’s remark that compared the situation with that of Jada Pinkett Smith/Will Smith and Meryl Streep/Don Gummer. According to the source, Wade and Union may have decided that they will continue to present a united front in the public sphere even if they ended up separating.

A range of Instagram posts initially gave fans the sense that there was something wrong between the couple. While Union only recently posted a picture with Dwyane on Snapchat, she has not shared any posts with him on Instagram over the last month or so, which is a bit of an aberration.
Furthermore, both the stars have been spotted in recent posts without their respective wedding rings. That is in addition to a cryptic Instagram post from Gabrielle, which might as well be an indication of a separation:
“When clarity, truth, and transparency are present there’s only room for evolution.”
The trend led to a minor investigation from Deuxmoi, which led to the following discussion:
“Yeah, fans are onto something, I received a couple messages [about the split]. Somebody asked me, ‘Do you get blind items about Dwyane Wade being unfaithful?’ He is very close to a woman who isn’t Gabrielle [Union], could have been a groupie, no one I recognized but he was very close to her and spoke to her, and only her for the two hours I was there. I didn’t ask where this was, and I did answer this person that I did not receive any items about Dwyane being unfaithful…[somebody said]“I asked him what is the deal between these two, and they said, they will be like Will and Jada/ Meryl and Don 2.0, that if they ever separate, they will keep it quiet and live their separate lives but continue to put on a United front if necessary.”[9:58]
While Wade was reportedly spotted having intimate conversations with another woman, the news is yet to be confirmed. Still, the above claim, in addition to coincidental trends on social media may suggest that there might be something behind the rumors.
However, these rumors could very well be fabricated. There’s no concrete evidence of any rift between the couple. And the reports could not be verified and could very well be false.

Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade jointly founded Proudly back in April 2022. The company aims to revolutionize skin and haircare for Black babies and has a range of sustainable products tailor-made for their needs.
Speaking at Fast Company’s Innovation Festival, Wade had joked that he had no intention of working with his wife on Proudly. The Miami Heat legend claimed that instead of being something he wanted to do, working on Proudly was something he needed to do.
While Wade with his illustrious career and a range of investments has a net worth of $170 million, he was referring to the fact that he was now technically unemployed. The 41-year-old had also revealed that the two have a lot of differences with respect to their work processes, something which just might have had an impact on their overall relationship as well.
