Paul George is probably out there, hunting for the people that called him ‘Pandemic P’. This has been a tremendous season so far for the LA Clippers. In a year where just about nobody believed in them anymore, the franchise has come roaring back. The team has played with a chip on their shoulder, and reminded everyone that they are contenders to win it all.
George especially has been incredible. He has looked thirsty for blood during this postseason. Ever since Kawhi Leonard went down with his knee injury, PG has stepped up and become a reliable first option for the team. As a result of George and the whole team stepping up, the franchise finally made its first-ever Conference Finals.
Judging on his recent tweet, there are few more ecstatic about this, than Skip Bayless.
“Paul George and Co. beat the league’s best team”: Skip Bayless can’t stop bragging about the Clippers
Does anyone really need an introduction to Skip Bayless?
Well, for the lucky, innocent souls that do, we are here. This 69-year-old is one of the most infamous NBA ‘analysts’ in the history of the league. He has his own show called ‘Undisputed’, where his favorite pass time is to call Michael Jordan the GOAT and insult LeBron James at any chance he can find. Ask any Lakers fans and you’d know how much of a delight he can be.
That aside though, we have to give credit where credit is due. While the analyst can be more than just insufferable at times, he was one of the few in the NBA community that actually believed in the Clippers this season. And so, as you’d expect, after the franchise finally made the conference finals, the 69-year-old couldn’t help himself.
Here is what he tweeted out right after the game.

Now while it’s happy times for the franchise right now, they need to remember they have to go further. They have a serious chance at making the NBA finals here. But can they take it? Or will the Suns be triumphant instead?
One doesn’t have to wait too long to find out. The first game of the WCF takes place on Sunday in Phoenix.
