Paul George blocks users from commenting on Instagram posts; Clippers star has worst FG% in the playoffs
Paul George has blocked off users from commenting on his Instagram pictures following all the hate he has been receiving for his ‘Pandemic P’ playoff performances.
The Clippers star has been at the centre of all the hate from Clippers fans, owing to his dismal showing in the NBA Playoffs. With the Clippers stacked up against a highly talented Mavs side, fans had expected the ‘PG-Kawhi’ duo to brush aside the ‘Doncic-Porzingis’ challenge.
And while the series is still in the balance, it seems as if the Mavs could run away with this, if Paul George does not come good offensively.

Kawhi has had to shoulder a lot of the offensive burden, as Paul George has the worst Field Goal percentage amongst all players that have taken at least 25 shots in the playoffs this year.

Owing to that fans had started bombarding his Instagram with hate comments, due to which he has had to block all of them off. It seems as if the playoff pressure on and off the court is getting to him and he needs some time away from all the criticism to come good.
However, with the 2 days turnaround time in the Bubble, the Clippers will have to ensure Paul George is in the right frame of mind soon, or else, the series could drift away from them very quickly.
Paul George’s FG% in the Playoffs this season
158 players have taken at least 25 shots in the playoffs in which Clippers Paul George is on the last spot and fans have started trolling the player with the name ‘Pandemic P’.
Paul George has been terrible in the playoffs as he sits on the last spot of the FG% table. In four playoff games, Paul has only converted 20 out of 69 field goals, setting him a 29% FG which is the worst among all the players. The player has scored a total of 61 points in the last four games.
Field Goal percentage often tells about the efficiency and accuracy of the player and at the highest level a player has to watch this column in order to perform well and it seems Paul George is in no hurry to improve his FG%. Guards usually have a lower FG% than forwards and centers due to the positions and the gameplay.

In the pool of 158 players, some of the big guns are struggling in the playoffs which are highlighted by their FG%. Paul George, Khris Middleton, Caris LeVert, Kyle Lowry, and Victor Oladipo are some players in the bottom of the FG% table.
