Stephen Curry has had a tight schedule this off-season. Following his loss to LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in the Playoffs, Steph has been seen everywhere. In particular, his presence on golf courses across the United States has been highlighted. Recently, the Golden State Warriors star participated in and won the American Century Championship, but had to forfeit the $125,000 cash prize to charity. But, it looks like he eased that pain by attending a Drake concert in Brooklyn alongside his wife Ayesha Curry, and mother Sonya Curry.

Curry had an absolute blast at Lake Tahoe where he played the American Century Championship. His incredible golfing skills were on display from start to finish. And, he even managed to bag a hole-in-one. However, thanks to the US Golf Association’s rules, he wasn’t able to keep the lucrative $125,000 cash prize. This is because Steph is classified as an “amateur golfer”, and as such cannot collect winnings in a professional event.
Stephen Curry receives a special shout-out from Drake during his concert in Brooklyn
Drake has recently been taking the United States by storm on his “It’s All A Blur” tour and recently had his concert in Brooklyn, New York. The crowd was wild and the atmosphere was great. And, there just so happened to be some big names in attendance as well. Particularly, Warriors sharpshooter, Wardell Stephen Curry II.
A few days removed from winning the ACC golf tournament, Curry rocked up to Champagne Papi’s concert. Of course, he was immediately recognized, and Drake had to go meet him. After all, as was pointed out, the two have been told that they look a lot alike.
The Toronto-based rapper then proceeded to give Steph a big shoutout before acknowledging the other guests in attendance. The four-time NBA Champion attended the concert with his wife Ayesha and his mother Sonya, who both had equally comical reactions to Aub’s acknowledgement.
“My brother here in the building. They say we look a lot alike…make some noise for my brother Steph Curry in the building. And, of course the lovely Ayesha Curry…and Mama Bear…You know!”

With all the golf tournaments and concerts he’s been attending it seems that Steph is having a great time this off-season. A nice little break before he gets back to warrior mode when the 2023-2024 season kicks off.
