WATCH: Bronny James Gets and-1 on Fast Break While LeBron James Watches

The Nike Hoops Summit is in full swing, with the best 19 and under talents assembled in one place. After a week-long training camp, we’re watching Team USA take on Team World. Bronny James was also invited to the camp, and he’s suited up for Team USA.

After the first half of action, Team USA leads the game 46-39. Team World made a comeback in the 2nd quarter, after getting dominated in the 1st one. Bronny checked in the game off the bench for Team USA. He received a lot of cheers as he took the floor.

He finished the first half playing 10 minutes, scoring 4 points, grabbing two rebounds, getting one assist, and one steal. There were a lot of Bronny fans courtside, which included his dad LeBron James, mom Savannah, and sister Zhuri.

Bronny James gets a tough and-1 call

During a fast break, Bronny drove the basket all the way to the hoop and finished with a soft touch. Even with a defender blocking his way, Bronny didn’t break his concentration, as well as, keep his smooth finish. For the same, he was awarded an and-1 call.

However, Bronny couldn’t finish the 3-point play as he missed the shot from the FT line. So far tonight, Bronny hasn’t been able to find his range. He’s 0 for 2 from the deep, after finishing with 5 triples in the McDonald’s All-American Game.

Bronny is the highest-valued NIL athlete

During the game, the broadcast showed a graphic representing the values of NIL deals for various basketball players at the school level currently.

Bronny was the leader by a huge margin, having a NIL evaluation of $7.2 Million. Projected #1 prospect Mikey Williams is #2 on the list with an evaluation of $3.3 Million. A huge reason for the disparity could be the attention Bronny has had all his life, thanks to being the son of one of the most popular athletes in the world. Either way, he’s been balling as of late, and I’m sure he’s giving his brands justification for his huge deal amount.
