3 Years After $17,000,000 Land Deal, Tom Brady Turns Down Gisele Bündchen Partnership to Pursue $35,000,000 Project

Back in 2020, Brady and Gisele bought a piece of land for $17 million in hopes of creating a dream home. However, Brady has cut ties with the project since their divorce. Reports indicate that the former quarterback will be pursuing a $35 million project of his own, trying to build an optimal bachelor’s pad.

Brady and Gisele had exquisite plans for a marital home when they bought the property three years ago. Of course, the former couple envisioned something family-friendly and grand so that the two could live in comfort once they were wrapped up their careers.

After shutting down the construction project with Gisele, Brady has turned things around to focus on himself. Currently, he’s setting out on an adventure that’s going to cost him $35 million.

He has reportedly taken out a construction loan with an 8.25% annual interest rate to build his dream bachelor pad. According to documents, the new home will have a “new two-story single-family residence with a security building, gym, cabana, pool, sport court, emergency, landscaping, septic system.”

Tom Brady and Gisele’s marital home was set to be a massive 17,000 square feet, but this pad will be even bigger at more than 20,200 square feet. While Brady can look forward to building himself a man cave to enjoy, this was not the original plan for the property.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s Original Plans for Their Family Home

The ex-couple had purchased the land on the exclusive Indian Creek Island with many plans in motion. The home was set to feature several luxuries, including a yoga terrace, an organic garden, a meditation garden, pickleball courts, and several kitchens as well as an outdoor one.

The space would have been ideal for the family, and construction had begun. However, the plans have been completely terminated. “The work on improvements in connection with the property has been terminated as to the following described property all in accordance with Florida Statute … The Notice of Termination shall be effective on the date of execution,” according to records obtained by The Post.

The two have moved on to their respective careers and lives, and this is just one of many indications that the NFL’s most famous and beloved couple has officially separated. The two are now on their own individual paths, but have not forgotten to keep their children in their plans.
