“AI Tom Brady in Trouble”: 7X Super Bowl Champion Threatens Lawsuit Against Fake Comedy Special Creators

Tom Brady is living his best life in his retirement years. The 45-year-old former NFL QB is having unlimited and uninterrupted fun with his family and friends. Along with having a blast, the seven-time Super Bowl champion is also focusing on his work and business life.

Recently, the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers signal-caller took harsh steps against two comedians for releasing a fake Brady comedy special.

Tom Brady threatens to sue comedians for releasing an AI-generated comedy special

As reported by TMZ, Tampa Tom sent a cease-and-desist letter to two comedians who released an AI-generated comedy special. In the video, a model of the future Hall of Famer cracks stand-up jokes.

“Anybody on the apps right now? I’m recently single and thinking about getting on them, but here’s the problem. I’ve never been on them, I don’t really know what I’m doing. Someone sent me a message on [the dating app] Bumble. She said, ‘You look just like Tom Brady,’ and I said, ‘I am Tom Brady,’ she said, ‘Prove it,’ so I went to her house and let a little air out of all of her footballs,” said the AI-generated Brady.

The comedians behind the work, Will Sasso and Chad Kultgen, revealed on their Dudesy podcast on Tuesday that Brady’s legal team sent them a letter shortly after the video went viral.

The video, created using an AI technology named Dudesy, was available on YouTube. As per the letter sent by Brady’s attorneys, the fake special violated the rights of the former signal-caller. Additionally, if the comedians did not meet a list of demands, which included the removal of the video, they could get hit by a lawsuit. The comedians said that they were doubtful of the allegations as shows like ‘Saturday Night Live’ have protection under parody law.

Brady launched new t-shirts after working on them for over two years

The star QB launched an all-new Brady Tee. It took the brand two years to perfect itself. What’s unique about the cloth is that it claims the wearer will never sweat through it.

Additionally, it’s pre-shrunk and will stay as good as new even after washing several times. “I don’t know if I should be saying this, but it’s the only shirt you’re ever going to need,” said Brady while promoting the tee.
