According to a Daily Mail report, Tom Brady and Reese Witherspoon both borrowed almost a million dollars as part of the PPP program. There even was a petition signed by at least 180,000 people who demanded that Brady return the money. Not only did that not happen, but both Brady and Witherspoon had their loans forgiven. The report sums up the situation in the best way possible, “It pays to be rich”.
