Kliff Kingsbury is the head coach of the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals and a former quarterback in American football (NFL). He supervised collegiate football from 2008 to 2018, where he earned praise for his efforts in grooming quarterback prospects.
Kingsbury was the offensive quality control coach at Houston, where Case Keenum won the Sammy Baugh Trophy twice. Kingsbury oversaw the offensive scheme at Texas A&M, the team that produced Johnny Manziel, the Heisman Trophy winner.

Kingsbury served as the head coach at Texas Tech, where Patrick Mahomes won the Sammy Baugh Trophy and later the NFL MVP award. He then became the Cardinals’ head coach in 2019, and in 2021, he led them to the playoffs.
Kliff played football for the New Braunfels High School team, which was coached by his father Tim Kingsbury.

He agreed to a five-year, $10.5 million contract with Texas Tech in 2012, but his total compensation, including bonuses, could reach $13.5 million. He previously made $2.5 million, an increase of $1 million in 2014.
Then, his annual salary rose to $3.5 million. He was also guaranteed a salary increase of $200,000 per year through 2020 under the contract extension. Kliff’s contract would expire with a payout of $5.5 million.
Through this position, he also receives bonuses and endorsements. Kingsbury recently filmed press conferences at his $4.45 million Arizona mansion.
