After Giving STD To Ex-Lover, Dolphins Star Xavien Howard Sued Yet Again for Assault & Battery by Mother of His Children
Miami Dolphins star cornerback Xavien Howard is making headlines for the wrong reasons yet again. Howard finds himself in the midst of a court case yet again, within just 3 months. This time, initiated by the mother of his children, who is accusing him of assault and battery.
Although there are no further details available regarding the case, Howard’s attorneys released a statement regarding the lawsuit earlier today. It reads, “The serious but baseless allegations alleged in this lawsuit…have already been thoroughly investigated TWICE, resulting in both law enforcement and the NFL exonerating Xavien of any wrongdoing.”
The statement then makes a startling revelation, saying, “When Xavien refused to pay the $12 million demanded in exchange for not filing the case,it was unfortunately filed.”

According to Howard’s attorneys, law enforcement agencies and the NFL have both investigated him on such claims before, and both found him not guilty. But the claim that his former fiance demanded a $12 million cheque in order to not file the lawsuit could turn out to be a major factor in this case.
Dolphins’ Xavien Howard struggles to keep away from lawsuits
This is not the first time Howard is being sued for wrongdoing. In October this year, a woman by the name Jane Doe sued Howard for damages in excess of $30,000. She claims Howard knowingly gave her an incurable STD. Which has led to her losing the ability to enjoy life and incur massive medical expenses.
With the Dolphins currently fighting to make it to the playoffs, such a lawsuit only comes as an unnecessary distraction. The Buffalo Bills looking very likely to snatch the AFC East division title. Which means the Dolphins need to better their record to make it to the playoffs. As things stand, they have a significant chance of making the playoffs.
While they face the Green Bay Packers in their next game, the remaining two games are against rivals from the AFC East. The new England Patriots and the New York Jets will be looking to upset the Dolphins and throw their hat in the ring for a wild card spot. Which makes it a stressful season ending for the Dolphins.
Their loss to the Bills in week 15 was disheartening. Which will not be an example they’d want to follow going into their final few games. Will the Dolphins hold the line and push forward to secure themselves a playoff spot? Or will they succumb to the pressure and fumble this golden opportunity?
