Patrick Mahomes, the celebrated quarterback and music enthusiast, found himself in a tough spot recently while playing a game of “One Gotta Go.” While Mahomes has become a cult figure and a fan favorite, his choice in excluding $75,000,000 worth Kendrick Lamar from his list of favorite musicians caused quite a stir.

While Mahomes’ exclusion of the top rapper grabbed the spotlight, his interview had several other intriguing moments. The quarterback tackled several difficult questions with some wit. During an interview uploaded by Complex Sports, while talking about J. Cole, Mahomes said he can’t help but keep him on the list since he is his favorite. He also mentioned why he didn’t leave out Drake saying, “I gotta keep him on the list because he has too many [preferred songs].”

Upon struggling for a little while, Mahomes eventually dropped Kendrick from his list. In addition to this, Patrick Mahomes also tackled an array of questions in the same video. The first question directed his way while playing ‘One Gotta Go’ was in the category of shows. Out of ‘The Wire’, ‘Succession’, and ‘Game of Thrones, Mahomes chose to drop ‘Succession’ from the given options.

Also, when asked about his hardest opponents on the field, Patrick chose to name some massive NFL entities. “Jalen Ramsey, especially in the last few years has always been a dog,” Patrick claimed. He also named Von Miller as a fearsome competitior, saying, “I’m glad he is not in my division anymore.”

In the same series, the Kansas City quarterback was asked about the funniest Travis Kelce moment. To this, he responded by mentioning the superstar Tight End’s ‘botched first pitch’ at an MLB game.

Patrick Mahomes’ chucking a beer on-stage caused on uproar on social media

Recently, Mahomes was seen attending a Luke Combs concert with his wife Brittany at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Being the entertainer that he is, upon being invited on the stage, Mahomes shotgunned a beer, causing absolute mayhem on social media.

The Chiefs quarterback, who joined Combs on stage during a rendition of “Brand New Man,” was criticized for chucking a beer in public, as he is someone who is religiously followed by innumerable kids. However, many fans also came out in his support, stating that the man is free to live his life the way he wants.

As Mahomes continues to make headlines both on and off the field, his passion for music remains a captivating aspect of his much likable persona.
