Russell Wilson fired the "Randy Johnson fastball", too fast for D.K Metcalf

Russell Wilson, the starting quarterback of the Denver Broncos never backs away from spreading kindness. He is not only known for his ability to be clutch, but also for engaging in charitable deeds. Recently, the former Super Bowl winner coached a few kids at the Air Force Academy.

Upon donning the coach’s hat, the nine-time Pro Bowler looked absolutely fired up. He was providing the kids with all the tips and tricks to improve their skills. Needless to say, his words of wisdom are going to leave a huge impact on the young guns who are looking to make it big in the time to come.

Russell Wilson is grateful to get the opportunity to coach kids at Air Force Academy

The Broncos’ training camp is scheduled to begin in late July and will continue through August. Prior to joining the team for official practice sessions, Wilson organized a passing camp with the intention of creating an unforgettable experience for young football enthusiasts at Air Force Academy.

Wilson was also aided by his Broncos teammates to make the camp a massive success. “Year 12. So grateful to my Broncos teammates for helping out the kids! The best! Also forever grateful to all the coaches, staff, volunteers, and all of Air Force for helping RW Pass Academy 2023 successful,” Russell wrote on Instagram, while sharing the visuals of the camp.

The ever-so-enthusiastic and optimistic Russell Wilson, made the kids at the Air Force Academy do difficult yet useful drills. The aim of the passing camp was to gift the youngsters a fun-filled day, while focussing on developing their football skills.

DangeRuss reportedly neglected the Philadelphia Eagles in order to play for the Broncos

After demanding a release from the Seattle Seahawks, Wilson signed a blockbuster deal with the Denver Broncos in the 2022 offseason. During that time, he came very close to playing for the Eagles, as reported by Sports Illustrated’s Greg Bishop and Seattle Sports’ Mike Salk. As soon as the fans got to know about this news, Twitter ended up getting bombarded with plethora of reactions.

Apparently, Wilson’s no-trade clause gave him the power to refuse the move. Even though the deal did not work out, it all panned out perfectly for Philadelphia as Jalen Hurts ended up taking them to the Super Bowl, whereas Wilson went on to have one of the worst seasons ever for a QB while representing the Broncos.

Russell’s Broncos finished with an unfortunate 5-12 record, which resulted in the firing of Nathaniel Hackett. They appointed Sean Payton as their new head coach. This move from Denver suggests that if Wilson fails to deliver once again, he might also get traded next year.
