While fans could think the 8-year-old admires his father more than anybody else, the reality is a little different. Zahir found his first coach in Russell Wilson, who happens to be an elite quarterback in the league. However, his affinity is toward somebody else.
Who is Future Zahir’s role model?
Russell Wilson has been enjoying life to the fullest ever since he moved to Denver. More often, he shares glimpses of his life on social media. Recently, the veteran gave a sneak peek of his practice sessions, along with his 8-year-old son, where one could see Zahir drawing football cards from his collection. When Wilson asks him whom he likes the most, Zahir pulls out a Tim Patrick card.

Patrick played for the Broncos after getting associated with the franchise in 2017. He plays wide receiver on the side and has essayed pivotal roles in the past. As soon as Zahir made his choice, Wilson was happy to know that his son likes the Broncos star.
The quarterback shares two children with Ciara, daughter Sienna Princess, 5, and son Win Harrison, 1. Apparently, Zahir is his stepson, the kid Ciara had from her previous relationship with the American rapper Future.
Being a father of three, Wilson never fails to fulfill his dad’s duties and often cherishes the moment online. In fact, he is always seen as proud to admit that his older son loves to play football and might seek it as a career option.
Russell Wilson wants to spend the remaining years of his career in Denver
Last year, the 34-year-old bagged a whopping $245 million deal with the Broncos, setting a new NFL record. It came after his stint with the Seattle Seahawks for an entire decade, winning a championship title for this side.
Now it is a new beginning for the veteran, and he has bigger aspirations to accomplish. “My goal is to play 10 or 12 more years and hopefully win three, four more Super Bowls, that’s the plan,” Wilson said, as per etonline.com.
“That’s the mindset. That’s why I came here, to finish my career here and hopefully finish on top as a champion. And do it multiple times.” he added. It will be interesting to see whether he achieves these milestones in the future or not.
