Rajasthan Royals slams Royal Challengers Bangalore on social media for using wrong logo

Rajasthan Royals troll Royal Challengers Bangalore for using a wrong logo while the latter declared the fixtures for the next edition of IPL.

Indian Premier League’s new season is near and the schedule for the upcoming edition is out. With the time kicking out, tensions between the teams are surely rising.

The heat can also be seen on social media, in the latest event, Rajasthan Royals picked out on Royal Challengers Bangalore for using a wrong logo, while the latter released the dates of its home fixtures on social media.

Meanwhile, it also pointed out on the credibility of the fixtures posted by the Bangalore based Franchise, as BCCI is yet to announce the release of fixtures and Royal Challengers Bangalore have relied upon the reported fixture list.

Moreover, Rajasthan Royals also gave the right logo of their team while retweeting the post made by Royal Challengers Bangalore, as they used some monochromatic logo to display the former.

We will wait for BCCI‘s official announcement on the fixtures, but for any franchises releasing early, this is our logo.” wrote Rajasthan Royals in response to the post by RCB.

The team led by Virat Kohli has lately been a victim of high-profile trolls, even Jasprit Bumrah made fun of the team, when RCB released its new logo on social media, and India’s pace bowler compared it with his bowling action.

The 12th edition of the IPL is set to kick-off next month, BCCI hasn’t released the full list of fixtures yet, but IPL Governing Council chairman Brijesh Patel confirmed start date and the final date to be March 29 and May 24 respectively.

For the upcoming edition, the number of double-headers has also been pruned down. Also, the number of days in the league stages have been increased.
