Ravi Bishnoi gives a send off to Towhid Hridoy in the U19 Cricket World Cup final after dismissing him with a wrong ‘un.
India and Bangladesh played an exciting match of cricket to bring the U19 Cricket world cup to a close. Both sides came close to winning. However, in the end, it was the Bangladesh colts who held their nerves and left with the trophy.
The target of 178 was never going to be enough. Ravi Bishnoi however, was hellbent on not making things easy for the opposition. Despite an opening partnership of 50 runs, Bangladesh stumbled to 102-6. Four of those wickets came off Ravi Bishnoi’s bowling.

Bishnoi’s third wicket was Towhid Hridoy in his 4th over. The dismissal came off after Hridoy failed to read a googly and was caught plumb in front of the stumps. It was then that Bishnoi celebrated the wicket with a hindi cuss word.
Delighted with his third wicket of the match, Ravi Bishnoi was seen saying:”Bhag, Ma**rch*d”

Earlier in the game, the Bangladeshi players did everything in their power to get under the skin of the Indian players in an attempt to unsettle them. Considering India went from 156-3 to 177 all out, it is sufficed to say that the ploy seems to have worked.
Bishnoi’s celebration was a response to the abuse his teammates copped while batting. Unfortunately, his heroic performance wasn’t rewarded with the World Cup. Regardless, he finished with the most wickets ever by an Indian in the tournament with 17 wickets.
